Template Children from Canvas course retaining SALSA document NAME #126

When a User creates a Template Child from a SALSA doc that has a NAME, the Template Child is retaining the NAME.

Good: The NAME is replaced with UNASSIGNED.

Better: The NAME is replaced with the Canvas course name that the Template Child is reassigned to.
