uh the nsfw filter doesnt work on the extension

Can confirm, this is still an issue. The first 9 accounts have NSFW content. Maybe something like this could work a treat?

I deleted them and locked submissions until I can figure out a better filter. I looked at NSFW.js but didn't see an easy way to get it to work with azure functions. I'm currently using azure's image vision, but that particular image azure doesn't classify as adult content at all.

@benawad You could use deepai? Might work, would be a bit slow tho. Also, I suggest running the checks on the API. And if they upload NSFW once you get github integration banning the account.
