ACRE2 - Signal strength problem

Description:
Playing Antistasi Plus. Having normal signal strength anywhere on Šumava except towns. I`m getting to low signal strength while locating near any city, but in open fields, forests or mountains everything is perfect.

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch multiplayer
• Click on Šumava map and choose antistasi mission
• Go to the nearest town
• See low signal strength

Expected behavior:
Normal signal strength

Where did the issue occur?
