Issue Summary

video 自带的下载弹框位置错乱 浏览器是 chrome 80.0.3987.132

Current Behavior

video标签自带的三个小点，点击会弹出下载 弹框，正常位置应该覆盖主三个点，实际加了smooth-scrollbar包裹之后，弹框位置会错乱
(The three small dots that come with the video tag. Click to pop up the download frame. The normal position should cover the main three points. After the smooth-scrollbar package is actually added, the position of the frame will be disordered.)

Expected Behavior

能否让三个点 弹出的弹框位置显示正常
