This is more of a request than an issue.

Since you can drag a panel can we add the ability to resize a panel?

There has been a certain progress towards major plugin rewrite, and resizible option is already supported.

I know a panel can be resized from a parent object however can you add the resizable icons to a panel similar to a dialog?
