Syndication of Likes and Replies No Longer Working

Hey there,
since a few weeks I have the problem mentioned in the title above. I can post to Twitter via Known, the "Also on..." link appears below the post correctly, but reactions don't get syndicated. Do I have refresh something yearly? What's the right order for testing? Simply dis-/re-connecting my Twitter account in the Known settings isn't enough, right? I re-authenticated Bridgy on Twitter as well, but brid.gy still says "No webmention targets".

Facebook still works fine. What can I do about it? Thanks for hints.

Forget it. Now it's the other way around: Twitter is working again, but brid.gy says "No webmention targets" to Facebook posts via Known. (Via my blog it's still working, btw.) Don't know what fixed the Twitter issue - re-connecting or re-authenticating. But that doesn't do the trick for FB.
Do I necessarily have to update to the latest Known version?

I know there was a brid.gy issue which recently answered the Twitter problem: snarfed/bridgy#713

Perhaps there's something similar for Facebook?
