[BUG] Colour changes into white while hovering

Describe the bug
In contact page the options are changes into white colour while hovering in About , as background also white it is very uncomfortable to read it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Contact in Navbar
2. Scroll till About
3. Hover on the options
4. See the colour change

Expected behavior

1. Change the text clour any other colour that are visible while hovering also.
2. Capitalize the first letters of the word "Privacy Policy"

I understand the issue but i'm not getting that part in code. It directly opens admin login page and also does not have create account option.
