Design and implement a "General Information Page" to provide users with an accessible location to read and engage with content that's primarily released in a blog-like format. This page will cover a variety of topics pertinent to the hackathon events.

Key Features:

1. View Static Information:
   • Present users with a clean, organized display of blog-style posts that may not be frequently updated.

Information to Display:

• Sponsors: Detail pieces or blog posts highlighting the sponsors, their contributions, and any relevant insights or stories related to them.

• Past Competitions: Archived articles or posts discussing previous competitions, results, noteworthy moments, and other historical data.

• FAQ: A collection or dedicated section of Frequently Asked Questions, addressing common concerns, queries, and clarifications for participants or stakeholders.
