I'm surprised that this lasted as long as it did. I think that the IPv4 piece earlier covers this well enough. #34 removes the section entirely.

Section 10 remains a bit over the top. Every WGLC feedback has remarked on it to some extent. I don't support putting "IETF Consensus" over the current text, so here's more tactful text.
