Please remove the number of pages from the WG documents list

There is a lot of vertical space wasted in the new design. In specific, few people care about the number of pages in a draft or RFC when viewing the WG lists. This should be removed, or at least a user-settings option to remove it should be available.

More or less duplicate of #1663, #1660. The compactness is improved with commit 43e16f1. There is no good solution to this if we're to support tablets and smartphones; wide and low rows simply won't work there. Closing as fixed with 43e16f1, please reopen if new ideas appear.

Shaved off some more vertical space in the document tables. Builds on 43e16f1, addresses #1660, #1663, #1665.
