It's unclear what the 'author' field in /nomcom/2014/feedback/ means. The tracker already knows who I am, because I'm logged in. If I leave it blank is the feedback anonymous? If I enter 'Franz Kafka' does that become a pseudonym?
And worse: when you click on save, back comes an error message asking for an email address. By trial and error, that is needed in the 'author' field. But of course the tool already has the email address, automatically filled in. So the author field should be filled in automatically too (or, alternatively, it's pointless).
