Documents with an individual name in the "adopted by group" state show in both the Active and Related sections of the group's documents

At the moment, draft-kompella-mpls-rmr appears both in the Active and Related sections of http://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/mpls/documents/. It should only show in Active.
