Empty search from the navbar should short circuit to the base search page #1832

@rjsparks@nostrum.com commented This is talking about the search widget that appears in the top menu bar. It reacts if you hit enter with no text, by doing a very wide search. It should just take you to the same place clicking on the logo takes you instead. |

| by magnus.westerlund@ericsson.comRight now an empty search returns the first 500 (essentially arbitrary) results of a search on the empty string. It would be less wasted work, and make a better interface it it quickly went to the blank search page.
