resolution_fixedtype_defect| by rjsparks@nostrum.comWhen filling out the Request Review form, the Requester should by default be populated with the logged in user.
Also, the form validation displays oddly if the field is left empty - a "please fill in this field" callout popup appears pointing to the top of the viewport, not the field that is empty.
