When requesting a directorate review using the datatracker, an e-mail is sent to the directorate coordinators, but it doesn't include the name of the ID.

For example (from the request to review draft-ietf-sidr-rpki-rtr-rfc6810-bis):

===
Email was sent at 2017-01-14 09:06:27 PST8PDT

Subject: rtgdir Last Call Review requested
To: "Jonathan Hardwick" jonathan.hardwick@metaswitch.com, "Jon Hudson" jon.hudson@gmail.com, "Deborah Brungard" db3546@att.com, "Min Ye" amy.yemin@huawei.com, "Tero Kivinen" kivinen@iki.fi, "Xian Zhang" zhang.xian@huawei.com

Also, for tracking purposes, the cc list should at least include draft-*.notify@ietf.org and the requester.

Thanks!

This bug may need to broken into multiple bugs. I've added the draftname to the subject line, so that part is fixed.

However, power users who make multiple requests on a daily or weekly basis don't want emails sent to them when they make requests. We do want an audit capability, though. Ticket #2074 touches on this.

As for adding .notify@ietf.org, which can be an empty list, to the CC, would it be better instead to use .all@ietf.org, which is populated automatically?

If we address the "don't send emails each time, but send a summary later" part of this, we will do it generally, and not for this specific workflow.

I'll open a different ticket (for a related problem) that will subsume the "do we copy draft-name.all@" part of this.
