I am trying to upload the attached XML file to the datatracker. I get an exception with no other details. Note: this XML is processed correctly by my local xml2rfc script (v2.6.1)

Fixed in a9b259e:

Changed the message shown when xml file parsing fails during draft submission to include the actual error message from the xml parser. Fixes issue #2353.
