When approving sildes it does not offer login

When I click a link f531638 sent by the system where it asks me to approve the submission of the slides, and I am not currently logged in to the datatracker, I get error message saying:

You don't have permission to manage slides for this session.

Instead of that it should offer me a possibility to login and then continue to the url provided.
