After official schedule release, when the Secretariat sends out email notifications that sessions have been scheduled, all sessions with status "Waiting for Scheduling" are moved to the "Scheduled" status. If a group requested 3 sessions, and the third has status == approved, it should also be moved to "Scheduled" status.
