Filename rejected, can't see why

I get the error "Expected name 'draft-...' using lowercase ascii letters, digits, and hyphen; found 'draft-gellens-lost-validation-00.txt'." when I try to submit a draft. I don't see any character in the file name other than lowercase ASCII letters, digits, hyphen, and the dot separating the name from the extension.

I see '.txt' in 'draft-gellens-lost-validation-00.txt', and that contains a period, which may not be part of the document name. I.e., a filename extensions should not be part of the document name.

Fixed in 060539c:

Added a suggestion to the error message issued for invalid characters in document names found in draft submission XML files, when the invalid character is a period. In this particular case, the problem most likely is inclusion of the filename extension in the document name. Fixes issue #2874.
