Interim meetings with multiple sessions aren't displayed correctly on /meeting/upcoming #2938

Right now, in the table, only the meeting object is talked about, which leaves sessions not on the same day that the Meeting object starts out.

In the calendar, there's an entry for each session, but the dates seem to be the meeting date and not the session date.

Fixed in e9756d8:

Remove the not-quite-working customization widgets from /meeting/upcoming and /meeting/past. Simplify those views. Correct the list of sessions on those pages when one interim has more than one session. Fixes #2938. Partially addresses #2937. Commit ready for merge.
