Did --as make it into PyPI's toot v0.40.1?

I'm sorry to have to bother you again.

I installed toot v0.40.1 from PyPI in a virtual environment.

(toottest) $ toot --version
toot v0.40.1
(toottest) $ toot post --as test@example.com 'Hello from toot v0.40.1'
Usage: toot post [OPTIONS] [TEXT]
Try 'toot post -h' for help.

Error: No such option: --as Did you mean --json?

Ah…, it's even worse than I had expected: --as binds to toot itself, not to the command. I'd better stay at v0.39.0.
