Given each artifact ends up on a flat narrative on the artifacts page; the narrative for the artifact should be expressive to explain the artifact to a minimal degree. This narrative is markdown so can include markdown friendly expressions like bullet lists. (See MHD for examples).

PIXm Patient constraints StructureDefinition for Patient resource constraints in the IHE PIXm Profile.
