This adds useful command for validating the build locally.

I also changed the dsl val in build.sbt to because I got an ambiguous import error:

error: reference to dsl is ambiguous;
it is imported twice in the same scope by
import sbt._
and import $a2705f2dff11a93b560f._
import sbt._, Keys._, dsl._
