Plugin Description: This is premium paid plugin that allows users to add privacy to their old and future posts by hiding their authorship names.

Plugin Functionality:
- Admin can set minimum required user level in order to post anonymously or hide authorship names for old and future posts.
- Admin can set minimum required user level in order to bypass anonimity/privacy of all users. This userlevel will able to see authorship names of all posts disregarding privacy.
- Plugin adds a button of "Make All Posts Anonymous (Hide Authorship Names on All My Posts" to My Account settings for users.
- Enabling this button will make all the user's posts (questions, answers, comments) anonymous by hiding authorship names. This is a post privacy.
- When this button is unchecked, authorship names will be displayed back as normal to all.
- Plugin adds "Post as Anonymous" button in Ask Page while posting a question.
- In order to make some posts anonymous and some not, user can edit the posts. While editing state is active, below "Post as Anonymous" button be available.
