IHM Meeting Summary Apr 26, 2018

Attended by Ben Webb, Tom Goddard and Brinda Vallat

  1. Pom152 structure is now ready for deposition.

  2. Discussion on 3D Genome models: What is the best way to represent/archive 10,000 3D genome models?

    • All models included in the IHM data file, each one belonging to a different conformational state
    • A limited set (not necessarily representatives) included in the IHM data file and the rest referenced as an external file in a binary format (DCD) with the topology inferred from the IHM data file.

  3. Work on Fluorescence dictionary is in progress.

  4. No meeting next week. The next meeting will be on Thursday, May 10th 2018, at 12:00 PM Eastern time.
