The issue discovered in #145 and subsequently raised in mkdocstrings/griffe#123 has been fixed thanks to fantastic work by @pawamoy, so we should enforce a minimum version in the dependencies (currently it's pulled in as a subdependency of mkdocstrings) to ensure consistent working docs builds across all environments.
