Add support for gpt-4-turbo-preview alias. Now gpt-4-turbo bot setting will use latest stable gpt-4-turbo version. Add migration to migrate users from gpt-4-1104-preview to gpt-4-turbo current_model

Now current_model=gpt-4-turbo-preview alias will be used for GPT-4 Turbo model. The latest stable version of the model will be automatically used (currently it's the new gpt-4-0125-preview).
Also gpt-3.5-turbo price is updated in the bot. Previous usage will be calculated incorrectly.
