Slider webUI can freeze webUI for 1000+ ms #129

Changing the slider can stop the updates to webUI. Test it with web_ui_2_gallery.ikg and move the sliders like a mad man.

This works now but it limited to the current update frequency of the WebUI. All controls now update the WebUI on the next iteration.
