ymlファイルでポートマッピングが指定できるが、webrickを使うとローカルマシンからアクセスできなくなる

対症療法

コンテナに入ってcurl アドレスでコマンドベースの確認は出来る。

:BindAddress => 0.0.0.0に書き換える
