This is a Telegram bot that runs a torrent client and manages the downloaded files. The way it works is:
- You drop a magnet link into the chat.
- The bot asks you for a category (e.g. Movies, Series, Music).
- The bot runs a torrent client to download the file.
- The bot moves the completed download into the appropritate directory based on category.
- You access the files (e.g. via media server such as Plex).
- Build the Debian package:
make lich.deb
- Install the package:
sudo dpkg -i lich.deb

/opt/lich/config.json

(your bot's Telegram API token retrieved from@BotFather
) andusers_allowlist
(Telegram usernames of users allowed to access the bot). -
Enable the service to run on boot and start it:
sudo systemctl enable lich
sudo systemctl start lich
