Added initialization option 'hover': true/false
Adding an ! in the copyright comment preserves the info when run through Yui Compressor

If you need to trigger special states via other scripts or behaviors, the existing hover effect gets in the way.
This version makes a slight change to make the hover effect optional. The default state is enabled to prevent any changes to existing uses of this plugin.
