Mainly an effort for conformity, but moving string columns to the back of the table allegedly promotes faster queries.

Removed all references to BTREE.
Re ordered some columns mainly an effort for conformity, but moving string columns to the back
of the table allegedly promotes faster queries.
Still need to work out the last few issues with the order of CONSTRAINTs or possibly forget about it and move on.
