A lot of the relationships were not complete and MeshTree did not exist
Doctrine doesn’t deal well with a PK that is also a foreign key.
Currently supports descriptor id and annotation, previous indexing value, and semantic type name
Also had to add the handler, manager, and type

This is a big un’ it cleans up the relationships and data for mesh terms and then exposes the terms as controllers api endpoints as well as a q=‘query’ parameter on meshDescriptors.
