A request from a layman to the coding experts out here

I have .mdx dictionary file which is named 德德口语字典, in Chinese, and translates as Spoken Language dictionary of German language. The problem is that when I load it into goldendict software, which is the software for reading .mdx file, the name of this dictionary appears in Chinese. Although I tried to rename the original .mdx file, it doesn't work. I just renamed it like we would rename a PDF or word file. I want to rename this dictionary in German or English. Someone suggested to me that converting the original mdx dictionary file into stardict or any other dictionary format readable by Goldendict software might solve this issue.
Can anybody do that for me, pls? I don't know anything about coding scripts or programming, and so I cannot change the name myself. That's why I'm asking for this favour.
Here is the link to that dictionary which need renaming

Thanks in advance :)

Why did you closed this issue?? I extracted the file, but in goldendict the name still appears in Chinese.
I don't understand what do you mean by edit the .ifo file. Do I have to rename that??
I cannot edit it's internal structure as I have zero technical know-how in programming field.
Mind you my version is GoldenDict-1.5.0-RC2-311-g15062f7, and I'm using that on a PC

There is always one file with .ifo extension in any StarDict glossary.
And it's a plain text file.
You can edit it with Notepad of any text editor and change the title/bookname.

Thanks for promptly sorting this issue out, but I'm afraid to inform that although I was able to change the name of the dictionary to English(German Semantic Field Dictionary) but by converting it into startDict and important functionality of this dictionary is lost. I can no longer click on the hyperlinks within the dictionary which directs me to subpages within an opened article.
mdx

The picture above is of the original mdx dictionary file. In the stardict version converted by you, I am unable to navigate to a subsection within an article by opening it's link (given in red). Do you know any other format apart from mdx which will retain this feature. Perhaps dsl.
If you have knowledge about it sir, pls try converting it to another suitable format. If not, I, of course, appreciate your help till now, and thank you for the same.
Regards again
