train_test_from_df process issue

Hi Ilia,

First, the url for loading the MNIST data is not working anymore. I was able to find the MNIST csv from here: https://www.kaggle.com/oddrationale/mnist-in-csv#mnist_test.csv

However when I try to load the train and test data it takes up a lot of memory. My R session runs out of memory and aborts. I even tried setting the arguments shuffle_input and scale_input to FALSE but it still doesn't work. It still takes too long.
