Hover Menu Accessibility #121

Hover menu has to be accessible. That means

Each multi section hover menu must have a visibly distinguishable marker
A single click on the menu brings the drop down menu on both mobile and desktop
Single click must hide the menu.
Menu must not disappear if the mouse isn’t hovering on it.
