Currently you can run "start plugins" on the openrxv-items-temp index, but that starts the health check, downloads and views, and Altmetric scores plugins. It would be useful to be able to run plugins individually. Perhaps we could add the ability to run plugins individually from the Plugins page, rather than the main admin dashboard.
