Introduction

This application uses Logistic Regression supervised machine learning model to predict customer churn based on customer analysis criteria.

User Guide

1. Launch your browser of choice.
2. In the search window, type: https://app-customer-churn.streamlit.app/
3. On the web application, enter your customers details in the sidebar on the left. The risk of the customer churning will automatically be displayed on the right side of the screen.
4. If customer is at high risk of churning, the company knows that prevention steps should be executed to increase probability of a customer deciding to stay.
