I want to Reverse the Scrolling Direction through Mouse, can someone Guide me in this Matter

Could you describe in more detail what it is you're trying to achieve? Reverse the scrolling direction through the mouse how? Using the scroll wheel to make the program scroll instead of change velocity? Clicking some place to instantly reverse the scroll direction?

Please provide more detail.
