Support packages list for updates in container #2

Use -k|--packages to set exactly which packages we want to update. By dafault it's None and all packages will be updated.

Run containers update only for packages which were built and their dependencies. Don't run container update at all if nothing was built in the patch. Depends on imain/container-check#2 to pass Change-Id: I764bc9a368e63a9aa82ec5503bcd3a9c7c6f4e25
