The changes look OK, and I appreciate them. I wonder what the use case is, though? Local testing or a private server where you don't bother with SSL? I'd be surprised to find a public server that didn't require SSL, so I'm just curious. |

My case is to use imapautofiler in our office internal server that not have SSL, but there is also public hosting service offers mail service without SSL. |

I added the ability to disable the connection through the ssl protocol
