Where's the documentation for Octopress 3?

About a year ago I asked on Twitter for an upgrade guide for Octopress 2 to Octopress 3. I felt like the documentation is either missing or not locatable.

Will you be adding the documentation for Octopress 3, specifically some sort of document for upgraders?

i'd recommend doing this
and then copying all your posts over

3's a big rewrite, you'll have to manually move over a lot of stuff
