1. Install iTunes from Apple's website ( https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes )
2. Connect your device with USB
3. Run act.bat

iTunes is required in order for the device to be recognized. The Microsoft Store version doesn't work, get the iTunes installer from Apple's website.
