Move the skin outside of the folder into the root of the repository

Following on from #16, is there a specific reason that the skin is inside a folder in the repository? Can it be moved outside of the folder? (Not a huge issue if not, just it would take a bit more development time on our (Miraheze) end to support this skin with it being inside of a folder which doesn't seem necessary).
