feat(web): search improvements and refactor

• Refactor loading of search results
• Remove usage of q search parameter (throws error when used currently)
• Improve type safety
• Show filters for media type and display options on multiple lines for smaller screens
• Remove role="button" causing cursor: pointer on the entire search bar
• Only sort selected people after searching, fixes In the search filter the order of people changes with each selected person #7256
• Truncate name of people, fixes Bug(web) People with long names have bigger images in search #7267

This PR causes that people with name are sorted at the end within the search window.
Additionally, there is vertical missaligment.
