Should include .js and maybe .mjs or whatever the proposed module extension is at that point, if it's looking solid.

May also want to create a no-ignored-extensions rule for debugging, or just add a debug print for each ignored file. (#300)

Should add a debug log of path ignored if extensions are not matched.
