All Give Forms should be displayed in Shortcodes Quick Link under Posts and Pages

Issue Overview

I've noticed that there are limited number of Give Forms shown using the Give Shortcodes button above editor on posts as well as pages.

In my case , there are 89 Give forms. But in the Give Shortcodes button it is displayed only few Give forms

Please refer the below GIF:

Expected Behavior

All Give Forms should be displayed and searchable using chosen2 js.

Current Behavior

Limited number of Give Forms displayed in a dropdown. So, no search is possible.
