fix(emails): resolve malfunctioning email template tags

User Story

As a site admin, I want the ability to customize New User-related emails with the advertised template tags so that my donors can receive customized emails.

Current Behavior

I currently can't use donation- or donor-related email tags in the user-related emails

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to use all of the template tags that are listed under the editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the following text to the editor for a New User email:

{name} - The donor's first name.
{fullname} - The donor's full name, first and last.
{username} - The donor's user name on the site, if they registered an account.
{user_email} - The donor's email address.
{email_access_link} - The donor's email access link.
{sitename} - The name of your site.
{reset_password_link} - The reset password link for user.
{pdf_receipt} - Creates a link to a downloadable PDF receipt
{amount} - The total donation amount with currency sign.

2. Submit a new donation where the donor creates a user, and view the new user email that is sent (using mailhog of an email logging plugin)
3. Some of the tags don't work.
