fix(email-access): resolve error on "View Receipt" link click

User Story

Now that #3553 is fixed, The next step needs to be fixed.

Once a donor verifies their email address and follows the link back to the site, if they click the "View Receipt" link, they get an error of "You do not have the payment key to view this receipt"
