test(db-update): add test to check if all registered db updates complete automatically on fresh install

User Story

If we add any DB update and then we have to add it to give_run_install function to auto-complete it on a fresh install. Sometimes we forget it to add then plugin user will see DB update notice on fresh install which confuses the user. We can catch this issue earlier by the PHP unit test.
